Why I am passionate about GME leadership:

Residency is where physicians find their voice, shape their identity, and learn how to sustain both purpose and compassion in their careers. I'm passionate about building training environments that support clinical excellence, personal growth, and long-term well-being - because how we train residents shapes the kind of care our communities receive.

What I'm passionate about in my personal life:

I treasure time with my husband Lance and our three children, Hannah, Seth, and Caleb. Whether cheering on their sports events, exploring trails, cooking family meals, or diving into faith-based studies, I find joy in creating connection and meaning through everyday moments.
