Why I am passionate about GME leadership:

I've spent my career guiding young physicians and junior faculty toward clarity, competence, and confidence. There's deep satisfaction in cultivating the next generation of family doctors and their teachers, helping them navigate the meaningful work of becoming great clinicians, educators, and the future leaders of our discipline.

What I'm passionate about in my personal life:

I love cooking, traveling with curiosity, and finding beauty in well-made things — whether that's a dish, a conversation, or a hand-crafted woodworking project.
