CERA, the CAFM Educational Research Alliance, is now accepting proposals for questions for a survey of family medicine residency program directors on wellness/burnout/fatigue. This special survey topic area was chosen because of the importance of wellness and the problem of burnout in our residency trainees. Survey proposals with hypotheses that relate to this topic area will be considered. |
