There is always a huge demand — and a long waiting list — for our renowned National Institute of Program Director Development (NIPDD). This professional development program, led by an esteemed Academic Council and supported by other family medicine organizations, is a nationally recognized fellowship open to a limited number of participants each year.
Those accepted for a NIPDD fellowship will engage with and learn from seasoned program directors, family medicine educators, and other family medicine leaders. The NIPDD fellowship uses a one-of-a-kind, adult learning model to enhance knowledge, attitudes, and skills and to groom participants to become effective residency program directors.
Dates for 2016 NIPDD class sessions:
October 15-16, 2015, in Denver
January 28-31, 2016, in San Antonio
April 1-5, 2016, in Kansas City
