AAFP Chief Resident Leadership Development Program

The American Academy of Family Physicians' Chief Resident Leadership Development Program is designed to provide leadership development for incoming chief residents. A two-part course, chief residents are provided with tools and a network of individuals to assist them meet the challenges of their new role and excel in their new position. Quarterly newsletters and a mentor system allow chiefs to gain confidence by working through issues with trusted resources and guidance.
