The AFMRD NIPDD I program was established to train residency educators in areas such as organizational leadership, management, finance, faculty development, medical staff issues, resident development and accreditation. The program trains 50 fellows each year with registration occurring each summer. Over 600 fellows have graduated from the program since it inception in 1994.
