Programs

Program directors are faced with the ongoing challenges of providing leadership to staff and colleagues, development opportunities for faculty and mentorship to residents. These challenges are in addition to the daily supervision and program responsibilities that lie within the role of program director. To assist directors in meeting these challenges and responsibilities, the family of family medicine has created programming and resources to assist directors by providing opportunities to groups within the residency programs.
