This workshop is a special project of the Association of Family Medicine Residency Directors that is being deveoloped by an unrestricted educational grant from the Alliance for Better Bone Health.
The Alliance for Better Bone Health was formed by Procter & Gamble and Aventis in May 1997 to develop and market Actonel collaboratively in Europe, the United States and Canada. The Alliance promotes bone health and disease awareness through numerous activities to support physicians and patients around the globe.
Because of grant funding, no registration fees will be charged for the workshop. This funding also includes transportation, lodging and meal expenses for each attendee.
